Built brand recognition by establishing continuity within marketing materials spanning growler tags, menus, tap handles and trade show banners. Worked closely with print vendors to ensure timely and high quality deliverables.

Produced sections of the Brand Guide, which provides guiding principles and visual instruction to store associates nation wide for each floor set. Was responsible for shooting and retouching photos along with designing and writing several sections of the Brand Guide. Worked with teams across the business to complete other design pieces and photo shoots as needed.

Prepared pre-press files, proofread ads and made sure press deadlines were met for The Columbus Dispatch.
Increased visual accuracy of ads by helping the teams abroad to understand the Midwestern US culture and customs. Provided guidance, support and clarification to designers in India and Philippines.
